Laura Kelly - Skomer Island June 2011

I enjoyed the trip to Skomer Island and the photography course was useful. I learnt the importance of reviewing the histogram when taking photographs, which I had previously only done later in Photoshop and the best way to hold a camera.

I enjoyed seeing the puffins and with Andy's help and advice was able to take a decent shot of one flying, which is harder than imagined as they fly very fast. I am hoping to take part in the snorkelling course at some point in the future - once I've learnt how to snorkel!
